This appliance is a second hand appliance which has been thoroughly test to ensure it still performs as intended, this appliance will likely exhibit damage consistent with daily use over a period of time and although we do clean each appliance components such as door seals and detergent drawers won’t always come out of that process spotless.

We're pleased to announce our own logistics serving much of Northern England and Central Scotland, we'll deliver your order personally to your room of choice. We serve set postcodes once a week so any given delivery should be no longer than 5 business days from the order date - please contact us for details.

Furdeco

Both our large appliance couriers specialise in the delivery of home appliances, from the moment they collect from us they typically deliver within 4 to 6 business days but some of the more remote regions such as Cornwall might take a little longer.

Recycling is available as a shipping option at the checkout.

Store Collection

If you're lucky enough to live in the Tyne and Wear region you can collect your order from our collection point on Bath Road, here in Gateshead - just select Collect in person at the checkout, orders are usually ready for collection within a few hours during business days.

If for any reason you're not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Warranties

All Grade D and USED appliances are backed by our 3-month direct replacement warranty, please contact us by emailing us by replying to your order confirmation.

Return Costs

The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer, we can arrange for the collection of any unwanted goods using one of our specialist couriers and we'll deduct the costs from any refund, currently this is 90 GBP (inc. VAT) for oversized appliances such as American Style or large four door refrigerators and 50 GBP (inc. VAT) for everything else.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, although quite rare mistakes by ourselves or our delivery partners sometimes do happen, however, if something does go wrong with your order, we will resolve your issues quickly and with minimum inconvenience for you.

The easiest way to get in touch is by replying to your order confirmation message so we can quickly identify your order and the goods you should have received, or the tracking information assigned to your order.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to either no communication with our delivery partners or the address provided at the time of order was incomplete/incorrect then upon return of your ordered goods, we'll cancel your order and refund your original payment method minus up to 90 GBP (inc. VAT) to cover the cost of carriage and the return of the undeliverable goods.
