The Xpelair Simply Silent DX100TR is a state-of-the-art intermittent extract fan specifically designed for effective ventilation in wet rooms like bathrooms, shower rooms, cloakrooms, and toilets.

This fan is exceptionally useful because it silently and efficiently manages air quality by controlling humidity, odours, and mould growth, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable environment.

Unlike standard models, the DX100TR model features a built-in adjustable timer, allowing the fan to continue extracting air for a set period (30 seconds to 30 minutes) after the light is switched off.

Installation is straightforward as it is supplied with a wall-fitting kit, making it suitable for wall or ceiling mounting, or even window fitting (with an optional kit).

Once installed and wired, the unit is ready to use, providing high-performance ventilation with noise levels as low as 22 dB(A).
