If tracking shows the item was delivered and you did not receive the item a case will be opened with USPS and due diligence will spent to bring the case to a desired resolution.  45's will be sent in a 45 record mailer. Regarding condition of 45's, As I am not a professional I do my best to ascertain condition via the naked eye. DVD condition is based on the DVD being granted a viewing.
