Stock #128 | Montesito Collectibles & Hobbies

Description

This listing is for a vintage 1973 board game, titled “24 horas Ciudad de Buenos Aires”, inspired by classic Formula 1 racing at the historic Autódromo de Buenos Aires.

The game features vibrant period artwork, including an illustration signed Carlos A. Garragán/73, and showcases racing scenes typical of early 1970s motorsport.

The set includes its original illustrated box, the full racing board, four plastic cars still sealed in their original bags, and two sealed decks of cards used to determine movement and race events.

The inside of the box lid retains the complete printed rules in Spanish, fully intact.

Made in Argentina by Juegos Mylpen, circa 1973.
Dimension:

Board size: 16 inches x 9.5 inches (40 x 24 cm).

Condition:

The game is unused and unplayed, with components in excellent vintage condition. It was sourced from an old toy store that closed in Buenos Aires many years ago. The box shows light wear and small stains from long‑term storage but remains solid and displayable. There is one cut on its lid as photo shows.
