GENERAL INFORMATION:

We consider reasonable offers.   We provide a 90-day warranty on all new items and a 30-day warranty on all used or refurbished items, unless otherwise specified or described in the auction.  

We only charge actual shipping costs and will combine shipping on multiple items through Ebay.  No handling fees or extra charges added to shipping unless we specify an additional charge for freight when we have to build a custom crate and pallet for shipping a specific item.  That cost is usually $50 extra for materials and extra labor.  

We will ship internationally if applicable. We will ship expedited shipping for buyer at their request and expense.  We will use customer shipping labels if needed.    

We put honesty and integrity up front on all our sales and strive to make you a return customer.  Please contact us with any problems or issues and we will do our best to resolve it in a timely manner if possible. 

We almost always ship within 3 days or sooner if expedited shipping, but in rare instances we may take up to 10 days to ship if item is coming from our other warehouse or other sources.  Please advise if expedited shipping is needed.  We blind ship as well.  

We proudly claim no damage from our shipped items in over 10 years.  We always pack for very rough shipping and label all boxes.

RC001-4/RC002-4(REV.B) is a rack mounted chassis with 4 slots which can hybrid support 4 modules. RC001-4 is not manageable. RC002-4 can be managed. The chassis is 19’ wide, 1U high device. AC or DC power supply can be available. The design of chassis is much careful about the cooling and compliance with EMC.

RC001/002-4 is a 19” 4-slot chassis. With highly integrated AC or DC power supply, this 1U high equipment can be placed on 19” housing racks, which provides a cost-effective solution. RC002-4 supports full management features.

In small-capacity situation, Raisecom presents its 4-slot chassis RC001-4, 4-slot network manageable chassis RC002-4 and single slot chassis RC001-1 to meet customer requirements of installing and/or managing different service modules, including media converter, fiber optic modem, PDH multiplexer, interface converter, G. SHDSL modem and CWDM cards, concentratedly on one platform. RC001-4 and RC002-4 have identical structure and dimension. The only difference is that RC002-4 has an in-built SNMP agent module, and through which the four service modules in RC002-4 can be network managed. Fixed in RC001-1 series single-slot chassis, Raisecom's modular devices become stand-alone equipment, and can be either placed on table or mounted on wall or rack with accessories. The employment of power supply connector of RC001-1 depends on customer's need. Except for traditional connector for AC or DC power supply, an option of connector for wide-range power supply is provided.
