Vintage 1975 signed black & white 8x10 photo of then Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld. The signed photo measures approx 8" x 10" & has been signed with a black marker. Appears to be hand signed, but I cannot be 100% certain. Photo is in good condition & corners are still mostly sharp, but may have a small bend to the lower left corner. The back of the photo has been stamped "P-189690 Honorable Donald H. Rumsfeld The Secretary of Defense 16 December 1975. Photo by Oscar Porter US Army Audio Visual Activity The Pentagon Washington, DC 20310." There is another stamped section, but it is too faint to read clearly. Photo is in good condition, but may have some discoloration from age & storage. There is a small black dot along one of the back edges. Please note, I do NOT have a Certificate of Authenticity as this came from a relative's estate, so please judge authenticity for yourself. Please see photos.
