The packaging got wet but this unit was never used.  I opened up the packaging to make sure that it was new and not damaged.  The manual is a little damp and might not be completely readable.  See pictures for details.  Shipping is $10.  I combine shipping so please check out my other auctions.  Thank you for looking.  Ron
