GENERAL INFORMATION:
We consider reasonable offers.   We provide a 90-day warranty on all new items and a 30-day warranty on all used or refurbished items, unless otherwise specified or described in the auction.  

We only charge actual shipping costs and will combine shipping on multiple items through Ebay.  No handling fees or extra charges added to shipping unless we specify an additional charge for freight when we have to build a custom crate and pallet for shipping a specific item.  That cost is usually $50 extra for materials and extra labor.  

We will ship internationally if applicable. We will ship expedited shipping for buyer at their request and expense.  We will use customer shipping labels if needed.    

We put honesty and integrity up front on all our sales and strive to make you a return customer.  Please contact us with any problems or issues and we will do our best to resolve it in a timely manner if possible. 

We almost always ship within 3 days or sooner if expedited shipping, but in rare instances we may take up to 10 days to ship if item is coming from our other warehouse or other sources.  Please advise if expedited shipping is needed.  We blind ship as well.  

We proudly claim no damage from our shipped items in over 10 years.  We always pack for very rough shipping and label all boxes.
