Unless it's noted here, in the description, that the stamps have a professional certificate, then the stamps do not.  If there is no certificate then the stamps are identified by me, to the best of my ability, by consulting the Scott postage stamp catalogs and utilizing watermark detection, measuring perforations and digital high magnification, watermark detection and includes internet research. As for shipping, I use the United States Post Office.  Your stamps will be placed in a standard envelope with a 3x5 card and standard postage applied to it.  I'm not trying to make money; I love to collect stamps and I would just like to increase the members of our hobby by providing stamps at a price all can afford.  I hope you enjoy your stamp.
