Both jars have been used. There are some scuffs on the bandage glass. See photos for examples. There are no chips, breaks or cracks. Jars measure approximately 7"Heigh without lid and 4.5" in Diameter. 

Lids are stainless steel. There are some light surface scratches on lids. There are also some spots that look like water marks, but they don't wipe off. It is hard to capture these in photos because of reflection.
