This is rare in the original packaging. Made by Idemin Mfg. Co. does have slight tear near the edge and also some wear and tear over time to the cardboard packaging. Unique vintage item. The chain is 36 in. This is “Luminous” - After short exposure to artificial or natural light source, it will glow in the dark.
