Leviton 80721-W DISCOLORED white combination wallplate with 2 toggle switch openings and one duplex outlet opening. Please note these wall plate covers have been discolored by overexposure to sunlight. Functionally they will work as a brand new item and are back by our 100% guarantee. Commercial grade, standard size 3-gang plate measuring 4.5"H x 6.38"W. Made of a high performance unbreakable thermoplastic material - do not confuse this with regular Residential Grade wallplates which can chip or crack. Features include:
