AC Adapter is in good condition putting out a level 6.25 VDC. (No battery.) AC-P401U

Two KL-HP40 Bulbs are AS-IS, but tested with ohm meter, showing low resistance, which means they are probably still good, no signs of burnt or bulging. (Both are under a cover and easy to get to.)

GUESSING the power switch on this unit is broken, it doesn't feel firm, it feels "soft". (I have not opened it up.) I did test it with a video "signal" as some units that is required to "activate" the unit, but it did NOT help in getting this to turn on.
