Inventory # 15-XENL

Antiquarian occupational scene Art Print chromolithograph depicts an early Textiles scene with a Weaver working at his loom.

Litho comes from a very rare book printed in 1901, and was illustrated by Harry Kennedy who illustrated some of the Frank Baum OZ books.   Litho is very suitable for framing and measures 8” x 10 1/2”.

Litho is in good condition and would look beautiful framed. There is one small crease on the image over the loom on the wall. There is a crinkle in the upper left hand corner of the outer border.  There is some slight rippling on the top mostly on the outer border but this will press out when framed.

There is printing on the reverse side which does not pertain to this scene but a photocopy of the story which does go with this scene will be mailed along with the original antique litho. This printing does not show through to the front and would be covered when framing. Litho is more than 125+ years old and is not a reproduction.
