3. Card Condition Disclaimer

I sell Near Mint (NM) condition cards. For the NM definition, please refer to eBay's guidelines.

I do NOT guarantee PSA 10 quality, but  I implement a rigorous quality control process to prioritize superior-condition cards.

Pre-Sale Inspection: Each card undergoes meticulous scrutiny under bright lighting and magnification to identify even subtle flaws.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

EU/UK Buyers: 

VAT and import duties are NOT included. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any taxes.

Refusing customs clearance will result in no refund or reshipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for significant condition discrepancies.

Buyers must contact me within 30 days and provide a clear unboxing video as evidence.

A full refund will be issued once the card is returned in its original shipped condition.
