This item is a vintage pharmacy bottle from L.G. Palmer a druggist from Vermillion, South Dakota. We believe he had a drugstore in Vermillion starting about 1898 and into the early 1900s.
The bottle is clear glass and was corked. The bottle measures about 4 3/8 X 1 5/8 X 1 inch.
It has a paper label attached with L. G. Palmers Pharm Vermillion, So. D showing. The label shows wear with missing pieces, soiling, and some words no longer readable. This is from long term storage and being moved around over the years. ***Please carefully look at the pictures to assist you with determining the condition. Note: Fairly intact paper labels from this time frame are rare, compared to embossed bottles.
This was located in an old family pharmacy, in another nearby community, and later an associated museum display.
