Product Overview:
This transformer winding deformation tester is specially used for measuring winding characteristic parameters in transformer.The internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method is used to accurately judge the internal fault of the transformer.
For transformer coil with multiple windings, if the voltage level and winding method is the same, the corresponding parameters (Ci, Li) of each coil should be determined.Therefore, the frequency response of each coil is also determined accordingly, and the frequency spectrum of corresponding 3-phase coils is comparable to some extent.
The distribution parameters of transformer windings change when the transformer appear short circuit between turns and phases during the test or there is collision in transportation,etc. Then affect the frequency-domain characterization of the transformer.SFRA test equiment is designed base don this theory . It’s suitable for detect internal fault for 63kV~500kV power transformer .
