READ: will be the imperfection(s) we found and have pointed out in the pictures.  We do our best to always be thorough, and up front but we are human, so please make sure you look at all the pictures as this is the item you will receive.  
HOW WE RATE CONDITIONS:

Mint / New ~ New in Box/NIB, New in package/NIP, New w/ Tag/NWT, New Old Stock/NOS   A never used item, w/original packaging/tags...straight from the store    Emily received a beautiful silver platter, never opened it, put it away and here it is for sale.
   
                             
New without the Box ~ [NWOB]   The item is perfect but no longer has the original packaging.   Emily removed the platter from the package but put it back in the cabinet without using it.
   
                             
Excellent used Condition ~ [EUC)   Used, but barely, very minor signs of wear. The wear would be a normal part of ageing or so minor that it's barely noticeable.    Emily used the platter on her 50th wedding anniversary, hand washed it gently and then put it back in the cabinet.
   
                           
Great   Looks good but has a few defects, such as a minor scratch or tiny dent.   Emily used the platter once a year at her annual DAR party so everyone could enjoy it. 
   
                           
Good   Used with some signs of use such as minor scuffing, light scratches, or small pulls.   If you did not look too closely, you would miss that Sookie used the platter at the Dragonfly Inn once or twice a month.
   
                           
Fair   Well used, with heavy signs of wear, visible flaws, and/or missing or damaged components. Only purchase if you plan repair or use for parts.   Emily gave it to Lorelai and she took it to the homeless shelter to pass food around.
   
                           

MEASUREMENTS: The following is how all items are measured:
~ Height = how tall the item is
~ Width = from right to left when looking at the front of the item
~ Depth / Length = front to back when looking at the front of the item
SHIPPING & HANDELING: All items are pulled, packed and taken to UPS, USPS or FedEx within 1 business day of cleared payment.  NOTE: We only ship to payment confirmed addresses so please make sure your shipping address is up to date.
Estimated delivery 3-7 days from shipment date.  You will see the estimated delivery date above in the active listing, at checkout and again on payment receipt
EXCEPTION: When we are away.  If we are away there is a notification at the top of this listing with the date, we will return. We're a small business, so please make sure you can wait until we return.  
~ Once the shipping label is created the tracking number will automatically post to your order, please allow 24 hrs. for the status of shipping to be updated.
~ We ship Mon.-Fri.; we do not ship on weekends or holidays.  
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import charges may be collected at checkout or upon delivery, either through customs or directly by the carrier.  These charges include any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage.  Please check with your local customs office or eBay customer service to determine what, if any, of these additional charges you will be responsible for prior to bidding or buying.  I have no jurisdiction or authority to make any adjustments (additions or reductions) to any of these fees listed above.  
Items ordered together may be delivered separately.

MULTI-QUANTITY:
1. Choose item(s), change quantity if purchasing multiples
2. Click buy it now or add to cart.  If ordering other items from Nonnies Niche you will qualify for combined shipping as well.
3. Review your order ~ PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING! ~ Name, Shipping Address, Sizes, Quantity, & Payment Method, etc.
4. Click submit payment to complete  
PAYMENTS: We only accept payments through eBay checkout.  The following are the ways you are able to purchase:
Buy It Now listings ~ Immediate payment is required upon selecting Buy It Now. 
Shopping Cart purchases ~ Use the shopping cart if purchasing more than one item from Nonnie's Niche so that you can take advantage of combined shipping and/or multi-quantity discounts.  Immediate payment is required upon checking out. 
Auction listings must be paid for within 7 days. If you are bidding on multiple auctions and would like to combine shipping, please contact us prior to the auction ending and/or before the 7-day payment deadline of the initial auction. 
If you have any special requests, please leave a note in the add note for seller section during the checkout process. 
SALES TAX:  We are legally required to collect sales taxes.  I have no jurisdiction or authority to make any adjustments (additions or reductions) to taxes collected. 
RETURNS: We want you to be happy with your experience with Nonnie's Niche, so we offer 100% RISK FREE RETURN POLICY!!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) contact us withing 24 hours and return the item within 30 days for a refund. 
~ Items purchased in new condition must be returned in new condition ~ unused & undamaged, with all tags attached to ensure refund. 
~ Items must be free of smoke, pet hair, numbered tamper proof seal &/or yellow hang tag must be intact, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased to ensure a refund. 
~ Please include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
In the event you need to return an item, please log into your eBay account and follow these steps:
1. Go to your purchase history
2. Find the item you purchased from Nonnies Niche
3. Click more actions to access the drop-down menu
4. Select return this item
5. It will then prompt you to select a reason for the return ~ select the appropriate response
6. Click next
7. Click on request a return prompt.  We will respond to your request in a timely manner.
NOTE: if you choose to ship back outside of the eBay website/app, please include your eBay username in the package to ensure proper credit.
REFUNDS: Once the item is received and inspected (same or next day), your refund will be credited to your original form of payment, usually within 2-5 days (depending on your bank/credit card refund policy).   
NOTE: If tamper proof seal &/or yellow hang tag have been tampered with or removed the return/refund will not be approved.
