The rotor is adapted to the stator, connected externally to the propeller, and the internal shaft is designed with anti entanglement wire to avoid being entangled by field debris during operation, in order to maintain stable power transmission. And the rotor is compatible with the coaxial twin rotor configuration of DJI T40, which can help achieve a maximum load capacity of 50kg. At the same time, its core components have passed multiple rigorous tests such as corrosion resistance, high and low temperature, and aging, and can adapt to complex and harsh agricultural environments.

Dismantling method

Prepare tools: Prepare suitable screwdrivers, pliers, and other tools.

Dismantling the body components: First, turn off the drone's power and remove the battery. Then unscrew the screws that secure the DJI T40 body, remove the upper cover, and locate the position of the power motor.

Separate the motor: Remove the screws (usually 2) that fix the motor, gently pull the motor out of the installation position with pliers or other tools, and carefully disconnect the motor wire to avoid breaking the circuit connector.

Open the motor cover: Unscrew the multiple small screws on the end cover of the motor, and open the motor cover to expose the rotor inside.

Remove the rotor: Remove the nuts or other limiting components that fix the rotor to extract it from the stator cavity. In some cases, the connection between the rotor and bearings is tight, and caution should be taken when applying force to avoid damage.

Installation method

It can be carried out in the reverse order of disassembly:

Cleaning components: Clean the dust, oil stains, rust, etc. on the rotor, stator, and other components. If necessary, apply a small amount of suitable lubricating oil to the shaft and other parts.

Insert the rotor: Carefully align the rotor with the center of the stator cavity and push it in, or place it in the appropriate position according to specific limit markings.

Fixed motor cover: Install the motor cover plate and tighten the cover plate screws evenly.

Connect the motor wires to the fixed motor: After correctly connecting the motor wires, reinstall the motor in its original position and tighten the fixing screws.

Restore the body shell: Install the drone cover and ensure that all screws are securely tightened to prevent loosening during use.

Testing and inspection: Install the battery and turn on the device, check the operation of the motor, verify whether it rotates smoothly, whether there are any abnormal noises, etc. If there are any problems, they should be promptly investigated and reinstalled.
