    Warranty Policy

  • All products come with a 60 days replacement-only warranty against technical issues. This warranty does not cover any damage or improper installation caused by consumer. Any kind of product modification done by buyer will void the warranty.


 

     Payment and Tax

  • PayPal is preferred.
  • The tax will be collected on product to be shipped to state of Texas.
  • Product being shipped outside of United States will incur import duties taxes and charges etc. Those fees are not covered by either price or shipping charges of product, and are responsibility of recipient. 
    For those buyers who have products shipped to a forwarding company within US, above fees will also be imposed.
 

     Shipping

  • The cutoff time for overnight shipping is 12:00 PM CST (eBay time) any business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Order placed beyond cutoff time is processed in next business day. (Buyer will be receiving the product in next Tuesday, if he places the order in afternoon of Friday, and chooses overnight shipping.)
  • A tracking number will be emailed to customer, upon processing order. In case customer missed the notification email, please login your eBay account to check order details.
  • The product will be shipped to confirmed address with PayPal payment. Sorry we are unable to honor any address change request.
  • The product is shipped in customized high-grade shipping boxes, with sufficient padding materials.
 

     Return Policy

  • By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:


    A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) is required for all return packages.   

    If the item is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 5 (five) days from the package delivery date for an exchange.  An RMA number will be issued by e-mail within 2 business days. No refunds will be provided for returns without an RMA number. Any return shipment must be freight prepaid and insured with tracking numbers.

     

    ·        All RMA shipment must be made within 7 business days of the issuing date.

    ·        The returned item must be in the original packaging along with the email copy of RMA to ensure the proper process of your refund. 

    ·        Non-defective returns must contain merchandise and accessories that was in the original package and labels. Claim will be denied if signs of usage, tampering or dents were found.

    ·        All non-defective returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.

    ·        Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
