RETURNS:

In the event you change your mind, item does not fit, or you do not like the item, we are happy to issue a refund. Please notify us within 14 days and we will send you a return label. Once the item is received in its original condition, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item (minus shipping fees).

Damaged Item Resolution/ Return Policy

We take great pride in the pieces we sell and package them with extreme care for shipment. In the event your item arrives broken or damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via eBay messages within 24 hours of delivery to report damage.

  2. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging (including the box and packing materials) for our claim with the carrier.

  3. If the item arrived broken/faulty (not as described), we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement as per eBay policy.

  4. Return Process:

    1. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 3 business days.

    2. Securely repack the item, including all original parts, in similar protective packaging.

  5. A full refund is issued once the item is received back in its original, damaged state (as reported).

  6. If the returned item is further damaged due to insufficient packaging by the buyer, or if it's returned used/missing parts (and wasn't described as such), we may deduct up to 50% of the refund to cover loss in value, as per eBay policy.
