This is Mrs. Beasley, a 20" reproduction of the 1960's Mrs. Beasley doll from the TV show Family Affair.  The doll is mint in the box with her glasses.  I slid it out to see if it talked and it was very garbled.  Then I realized it took batteries and replaced the 3 button batteries so she now talks fine.  The box says the voice is that of actress Cheryl Ladd and it says 11 different phrases.  There is also a Doll Reader magazine featuring the doll on the front cover, and an old newspaper ad for the doll included.
