The 1903 School Attendance Medal was issued by the School Board for London to encourage children to attend school regularly. These medals were prestigious awards given to students who achieved perfect or near-perfect attendance over the school year. The medals were made of various metals, including bronze and gilded bronze, and features the bust of King Edward VIII.
This dedicated student and recipient is J Byrne.
