The Flag and White House 6¢ stamps (3 on each cover) were issued on January 24, 1968 in Washington, DC. They were designed by Stevan Dohanos of Westport, CT and depict a bird's eye view of the White House from the Pennsylvania Avenue side, with the Washington Monument and Jefferson Memorial visible in the distance.
The two inaugural covers were issued on January 20, 1981. The one with the photo of Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States, has a special "Inauguration Day" postmark from Washington, DC; and the one with the photo of Ronald and Nancy Reagan, 40th President and First Lady of the United States, has a special "Inauguration Day" postmark from Pacific Palisades, CA (home of the Reagans from 1956-1981, before moving to the White House).
Both of the covers and the two accompanying 5" x 8" cards (with background information about the Reagans) were issued by the Postal Commemorative Society.
