Offered here is an authentic Kingdom of Greece Balkan Wars campaign medal dated 1912–1913, complete with a full set of historical campaign bars.
This medal was issued for service in the Balkan Wars and features the period correct cross design with royal cipher and swords on the obverse.
The reverse reads “ΜΑΚΕΔΟΝΙΑ – ΗΠΕΙΡΟΣ – ΑΡΧΙΠΕΛΑΓΟΣ” indicating campaigns in Macedonia, Epirus, and the Aegean Archipelago.
The ribbon retains four original campaign bars:
ΣΑΡΑΝΤΑΠΟΡΟΝ (Sarantaporo)
ΓΙΑΝΝΙΤΣΑ (Giannitsa)
ΑΕΤΟΡΑΧΗ (Aetorachi)
ΚΟΡΥΤΣΑ (Korytsa)
