WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. TRANSMISSION WARRANTY INFORMATION

   1. Warranty covers the transmission internal components ONLY.
   2. Warranty period begins on the date the transmission is received.
   3. Electronics, sensors, solenoids, seals, gaskets, torque converter, and external accessories are NOT covered.
   4. The transmission must be installed by a certified professional mechanic. Proof of installation may be required.
   5. Transmission must be filled with manufacturer-recommended fluid and properly flushed before installation.
   6. Warranty does NOT cover labor, installation, diagnostics, towing, replacement parts, or shipping costs.
   7. If any minor or major repair is required, the transmission must be returned to our warehouse. We do not pay for parts or labor.
   8. Warranty is VOID for damaged, seized, slipping, or failed transmissions caused by improper installation, abuse, incorrect fluid, lack of maintenance, or overheating.
   9. Warranty is VOID if the transmission is disassembled, modified, or tampered with.
   10. No restocking fee is charged on approved warranty returns.
   11. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Return shipping must be prepaid by the buyer.
   12. Refund or replacement will be issued only after the transmission is returned and inspected.
   13. If damage occurs during shipping, it must be reported at delivery and a claim filed with the shipping carrier.
   14. Failure to follow installation or claim procedures will result in warranty denial.
