Foils have an ink saturation “error”

had these in my collection since 2011,purchased from an Australian seller. Two other partial rolls came with that purchase that looked like test prints or ink runs .

Also came with some red pokemon jungle sets Australia. Which I will also be listing

Which leads me to believe they may have been printed or shipped there to that company prior to the release of the “4th print “ of the base set in Australia.
