Best payment method is using the eBay Managed Payments System, this can be done through the following methods:
Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal or Klarna - these options are the fastest and safest way to pay.
Payment is expected within 2 days of purchase please - if it is going to be longer than this please message to let us know.
We aim to ship on the day of purchase (dependant on time purchased), but at the very latest - the next working day.
This will be well packaged and sent using a proper delivery service - such as Royal Mail, DHL, ParcelForce, DPD, UK Mail, (depends on your location to what service we use). If you have chosen an online tracking service - we will send you the tracking details. If you can include a mobile telephone number - most of the couriers now text you an approximate time window for delivery.
For domestic shipping, the default free option is "Other 48hr Courier", this could include Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, Royal Mail Tracked 48, ParcelForce 48, these options are dependant on the size, value and delivery location.
You are welcome to return items, but please in their original condition, untouched and in their original packaging.

The best way is to send a message through the eBay messaging system.
Most of our items are second user and will show signs of normal use. Some items may have marks, scratches, stickers, residual dust, dust pitting, residual thermal paste (processors, motherboards etc). This is expected from second user items and is cosmetic, the product will still function as intended.
Older / Vintage components may have faceplate / chrome ports discolouring and dust pitting - again this is cosmetic
All items have been fully tested and if the images are of the actual item for sale, this will be indicated in the listing
The sale is only for the items in the gallery pictures, unless specified there will be no accessories such as cables, drivers, original packaging
All electronic items are well packed and in Anti-Static. We use second user boxes and other packaging
Items that are being sold on a "spares or repairs" basis are either damaged or not working and as such, the listing will clearly shown this and also, where possible indicate any possible problems.
