Longfield Community Hospice

We support adults with life-limiting illness from their diagnosis onwards. We help people to understand and manage their illness, to cope with its impact on their lives, as well as supporting them to live well. Importantly, we support family and carers too. We provide a Hospice at Home service, enabling people in the last three months of life to stay at home if that is their choice. Our services also include help for families to deal effectively with their grief, and education for other professionals who are looking after people at the end of life. We sum up the benefits of what we offer as Living well; Dying well; Caring well. All of Longfields services are free and most are provided at our beautiful Wellbeing Centre in Minchinhampton. Some, including Wellbeing Workshops, Fatigue & Breathlessness and Bereavement Groups, are increasingly being offered at community venues, closer to where people live. Currently, 85% of the charity's income comes from the general public, through our shops, our e-commerce marketplaces, our weekly lottery, voluntary donations, gifts in Wills and a host of fundraising events and activities.

Please be aware: All Items pictured are included. If items are not pictured which you feel should be, please assume they are not included. As our items are donated we are sometimes unsure if any accessories are missing from when the item was new.

Can I View Before Buying or Bidding? 
Based on eBay's selling outside eBay policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase. 

Can I Pay Cash? 
We only accept payment via the eBay payments system, information regarding payments can be found in eBay help & contact.

Shipping

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcel Force for larger items. We do offer faster shipping options such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small fee.

For international shipments we use eBay's Global Shipping Program, the import fees and shipping will be shown at checkout.

We ship items same day up until 3pm GMT.

We cannot hold items once payment is made.

We cannot send your item to an alternate address once payment is made. Any requests will result in the cancellation of the transaction.

Customer Service 
Please contact us with any questions you have relating to this item. Our dedicated customer service team operate from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.
Payment 
All payments are managed through the eBay payments system, and you will be able to choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout. Payment must be made within 12 days.

Returns & Refunds
We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.  
In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue.  
Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.
