We offer fast dispatch to the address entered in your Ebay order. If sending a gift then please ensure you add the correct address to ship to when placing your order.
We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, UPS and other couriers depending on the weight of your order and taking account of any ongoing issues that may be affecting couriers. We can offer expedited next day delivery services for an additional fee. Please note that remote areas and offshore islands require additional time for delivery and some delivery service options are unavailable – please check your postcode with Royal Mail if delivery timing is critical.
Please note that orders under 2kg will be shipped out same day only if received by 2pm. If over 2kg then your order must be received before 11am for same day dispatch. Please note that delivery timings are based on the time of your order as well as constraints placed by courier companies. Whilst we always dispatch within our promised timescale, courier companies occasionally miss collections that can introduce delay.
For the purposes of calculation the definition of a ‘ day ‘ below means a working day, Monday to Friday and excluding any national holidays affecting England or the delivery location (Scottish holidays do not always match those in England for example).
A 24 hour service should arrive two days after you placing your order but depending on location can take longer and you should allow three days before contacting us regarding a delivery issue.
A two day service should arrive 3-4 days after you place your order but again location can mean it takes longer and you should allow five days after the date of your order before contacting us regarding a delivery problem.
We encourage you to use the courier tracking pages to track your delivery. In many cases you can leave additional details such as an acceptable safe place or make other delivery arrangements from the courier tracking page.
If your parcel is shown as delivered but you cannot find it, then PLEASE go to the courier tracking page and see if there are further details there. Evri for example provide additional delivery details and often a photo of where the parcel was left. This is usually on a second webpage where these additional details are kept and requiring you to enter your postcode to access. Where parcels are left in a ‘secure location’ they are still vulnerable and so the quicker you can retrieve your parcel the better as there is a current situation of parcels being lost / stolen after delivery. dispatch.
