Rare old antique one of a kind unusual, early tall "Jim Dandy" brand Cleanser powder advertising can. On the front of the paper label is a lithograph image of The Myrlite Company of America, Pownal, VT trademark character dated 1911. Picture of a tall distinguish man wearing a red dress coat with black top hat, bow tie, monocle and cane holding Jim-Dandy cleaner can with a bag on the floor next to him marked J.D. Can is full and has not been opened.
I have not seen one sold in 15 years.
This is an original item, not a reproduction. It has not been cleaned, repaired or altered in any way.
It does have plastic around the side of it to protect it the paper label.
Condition:
- In good condition.
- Full container, has not been opened.
- Has oxidation to metal.
- Paper label has wear, and discoloration.
- No holes.
- Tiny dent in bottom of can and a slight dent in lid, other than that there are no dents.
