This particular sheet covers two aircraft, both of them used as F-104 trainers with the Starfighter's pointed nose.

Those two planes are 12938 and 12959. 938 was later converted back to a standard nose and for a time carried the name 'Dolly's Folly' on the side. 959, 'Pinocchio', kept the pointy nose until it was retired and it is now a resident at CFB Cold Lake.
