Vintage IMPERIAL BRASS CHICAGO 5/16" - 5/8" Hi-Duty Flaring Tool 300-F

It hasn't been cleaned, but seems to be functioning as it should, even with the 1/4 setting partially broken. Please see all pictures for a better description of the condition.
