Intelligent Digital Controller

Details for Installing a Water Heater:

  1. Power Requirements: This device must be powered by a 12V DC power supply. If your RV's power supply is 110V AC, an AC-to-DC converter must be installed to convert the voltage to 12V DC. (Direct connection to a 110V AC power supply will damage the motherboard.)
  2. Wiring Check: Verify the positive and negative terminals of the power cord before connecting the power. (Reversing polarity will cause the fuse to blow. If the fuse blows, replace it with a new fuse of the same rating before restoring power. Failure to do so may damage the mainboard.
  3. After-sales Service: If you encounter operational issues, rest assuredโ€”in most cases, it's a simple malfunction rather than a product defect. Simply write to us, and our engineering team will provide step-by-step guidance until the unit is fully operational.
