This item was used once for a wedding and is in very good condition as shown in the photos. The item will have some minor scratches and signs of use. The item will be partially disassembled and will include all components necessary to be assembled. A metric hex key set is not included but would be helpful for assembly. The parts are labeled by letter with painters tape to show the order of assembly starting with the base labeled as "A".
