This is Pearl Rider and Ninjara, two characters from Princess Tenko and the Guardians of the Magic. They're original, vintage characters produced by Mattel in 1995 to go along with the TV show of the same name. Neither have their original accessories, but two vintage brushes are included in this listing, as pictured.
