MLB Authenticated - Steven Duggar Ground Out to Tyler Mahle, Who Threw to Alex Blandino - Plus Tyler Stephenson Also Touched This Ball!! Shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

On May 20, 2021, the San Francisco Giants visited the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park. Johnny Cueto started for the Giants, while Tyler Mahle went for the Reds.

In the top of the second, Mauricio Dubon led off by grounding out. Steven Duggar then walked to the plate. MAHLE HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND!! He threw a 92.6 mph four-seam fastball for a called strike. (Yes, that means Tyler Stephenson also touched this ball!!) Mahle came back with a slider for a ball. He followed that with another four-seamer for a ball. On the fourth pitch, Mahle threw an 85.3 mph splitter, and DUGGAR HIT THE BALL WITH A CHECK SWING TO MAHLE, WHO THREW OVER TO ALEX BLANDINO TO GET DUGGAR FOR THE SECOND OUT!! This ball was then retired. The Giants went on to win the game 19-4 (not a typo) behind hits by Darin Ruf, Brandon Crawford, Evan Longoria, Alex Dickerson, Dubon, Duggar, and Curt Casali. (Mike Yastrzemski and Austin Slater went hitless.)

This ball is MLB Authenticated for all four pitches from Mahle to Duggar, including Duggar‘s check swing comebacker to Mahle and Mahle’s throw over to Blandino. Please note that this ball does not come with a case. Thank you for purchasing!!
