Rare and to my knowledge has never been separated from board / completely removed from box.

The birth certificate / paperwork is still in tact and attached as originally manufactured.

As the manufactured boxes are fragile, there is some damage and signs of attempts to repair showing.

Front cover clear plastic has no tears but not 100% attached to board.

This is still INCREDIBLY RARE and HARD TO FIND in this condition and attached to the board.
