Vintage Christian Dior Monsieur McRae's Neutral Plaid Beige/Blue Suit Jacket

• This vintage Christian Dior Monsieur Sport Coat in a classic plaid pattern features a subtle neutral palette of beige, taupe, brown and powder blue with notched lapels and a two-button closure this sport coat would be a timeless addition to any men's wardrobe and ideal for formal or office wear
• The single-breasted suit jacket is a neutral plaid patterned blazer in muted tones of beige, taupe, slate blue and brown with notched lapels, original tortoiseshell style buttons with a two-button closure on the front with four decorative non-functional buttons on the sleeves, with dual front flap pockets, a vent at the back for ease of movement and is fully lined with two interior pockets

• The suit jacket was originally released with the Dior's menswear line Christian Dior Monsieur that was introduced in 1970 and active through the 1980s and 1990s
• McRae's was the department store that the jacket was originally purchased from which was at one point the largest privately owned Department store in the US
• Christian Dior was a French fashion designer who founded the Christian Dior house of fashion in 1946 and is known to this day as a major luxury fashion house which revolutionized post-war fashion 
• Has a Amalgamate Clothing and Textile Workers Union (ACTWU) tag which was a labor union formed from 1976 to 1995, which helps date this garment to that era

• No size tag, but appears to be a Modern size 40 based on measurements below

• The jacket is in good pre-owned condition with normal areas of wear and minor staining
• The jacket does have a couple of stains near the bottom of the jacket as pictured
• One of the buttons on the left sleeve is missing as pictured
• There are also some small pin holes around the inner lining as pictured
