This is a vintage Sosaku Kokeshi by Takashi Yoshida, an award-winning artist who received the Prime Minister’s Award multiple times.
The doll features an elegant kimono girl with fine craftsmanship and a substantial weight, giving it a strong display presence.
Due to age, there are scratches, small chips, and cracks in the clear coating.
