New. Please look at pictures for color, design and description. I believe the color looks like burgundy. I measured the tote loosely lying flat. It looks like the tote lying flat is 18 inches across, that would include the sides.

I see a few flaws. I see a couple of small indentations on the front by the logo. I see a couple of small blemishes on the purse. I've taken pictures of the purse to show the blemishes.
