Measures 9 5/8" tall with a 2 3/4" diameter base, has a few issues, 

has an inside deep scratch on the neck (see pic. 6) and has

 a bend in the glass at the label see (see pic. 5) and a small 

amount of grime on the inside bottom, overall in better than

average condition for its age, extremely hard to find in any condition,

selling as shown.
