Can be used as a conversion olive inside a metric 22mm compression fitting to reduce it to the slightly smaller 3/4 inch size.
The old British imperial 3/4 inch copper pipe measured approx 0.844 inch / 21.43mm outside diameter (3/4 inch referred to its nominal inside diameter / bore).
