Up for sale is a Parker Quink Micro-Film Black Ink 4oz Bottle, the glass bottle is EMPTY - ink has evaporated and being sold individually.  They DO NOT have a box, but on the boxes of ink it says "micro-film...for V Mail." 

Parker Quink Micro-film Ink was introduced in 1941.

It was a special ink formulated by the Parker Pen Company for use in microfilming, which was becoming an important method for archiving and reducing large volumes of documents—especially during World War II. The ink had high contrast and permanence, ideal for photographing and archiving documents on microfilm.

Bottle Dimensions: 2.5" W x 2.5" D x 2.75" H

These are New but Old Stock from the 1940's. The bottle is empty AND does NOT have the original box. Each glass bottle has a ribbed design and metal cap.  There is ink residual & dried ink which is 100% authentic being shipped promptly after purchasing and will come exactly how you see above, again, there is no original box but will be wrapped well for shipping purposes.

Each individual bottle cap may show wear from their age or dirt due to being stored in the basement of a Pharmacy that has been passed down for generations since the 1800's.  However, the ink has NOT been opened since purchase, although it may have evaporated.
