Four Simple Steps to Replace Your Grip

Step 1: Remove the Old Grip
Use a specialized grip removal tool to cut off the old grip along the shaft. This tool helps prevent damage to the shaft.

Step 2: Clean and Apply Double-Sided Tape

1. Thoroughly remove any old double-sided tape residue from the shaft.

2. Cut a new piece of double-sided tape 1.5 cm longer than the grip (to be inserted into the shaft opening for fixation).

3. Smoothly apply the tape to the shaft, ensuring the total length does not exceed the grip's coverage area.

Step 3: Solvent Lubrication and Installation

1. Pour one capful of grip solvent into the new grip, cover the top vent hole with your finger, and shake well to coat the interior.

2. Pour the solvent from the grip onto the newly applied double-sided tape on the shaft, ensuring even coverage.

3. Quickly slide the grip onto the shaft all the way to the end, then adjust alignment as needed.

Step 4: Reinforcement and Curing

1. Immediately after installation, wrap the base of the grip once with transparent tape to enhance adhesion and prevent slipping.

2. Allow to cure for 5–6 hours before removing the temporary tape (overnight curing is recommended for best results).

Tips

• Ensure proper ventilation during installation and avoid skin contact with solvent.

• Store the club in a dry environment during the curing period.

• Before first use after installation, gently wipe the grip surface to remove any residual solvent.
