The Pfaltzgraff Pottery Company is well known for making the Tea Rose pattern. These plates are American made in pottery and have a matte finish. They have an ivory background with pink roses & small blue flowers.
The plate is in good used condition with no chips, cracks or discolorations. We do not see any marks on this piece and do not think it was ever used. We are a nonsmoking home/shop and there are no odors on this piece.
