We ship daily Monday through Friday. All new parts ship from the closet warehouse to your address and they typically arrive between 1-3 business days.

All items returned must have a return mechandise authorization number (rma). Items returned without a rma will not qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days.
