The automobile paint baking lamp is a professional lamp designed for quickly drying and curing the automobile paint. It adopts the short-wave infrared light which is high in emitting efficiency, achieves strong penetration, accelerates the chemical reaction of the paint and makes the water solvent in the coating volatilize quickly. Therefore the gloss of the paint is high and the adhesion of the coating is strong. The wrinkle and paint flow situations are greatly reduced. The baking lamp is equipped with a portable support, well adapting to different working environments. Attention

1. The device should be placed on the clean and flat ground, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.

2. After the device is turned on, it is prohibited to touch the lamp tubes and protective cover with hands to prevent burns.

3. When the device is not used, the power plug should be pulled out, and the device should be placed in a clean and dry place.

The 0-60 minute timing function is fulfilled to prevent the operator from forgetting the work.　The mirror stainless steel reflector is adopted to ensure uniform heat distribution.
　
The die-cast aluminum radiator has a good heat dissipation effect, prolonging the service life of the lamp tube.　The short-wave infrared lamp tubes stably emit the short-wave infrared light and have a better baking and heating effect.
　
The lamp body can be held by hands, placed horizontally and equipped with a detachable and adjustable support, facilitating movement and fixing.
Operation Method

1. Remove the protective foam of the heating lamp tubes, and be careful not to break the lamp tubes to prevent scratches.

2. Secure the lamp tubes with buckles and screws.

3. Remove the fixing screws on one side, install the lamp tube protection net cover, and then tighten the screws.

4. Remove the rear screws, and install the handheld bracket. After fixing the bracket with screws, install the adjustable support.

5. Place the device in the work area, plug in the power and adjust the timer knob.

Returns & Exchanges
