Suggestion:
-.0mm and .2mm electrodes have strict requirements on the current of the welding machine and need to be adjusted slowly. Thin plate welding is not recommended for beginners and those new to welding, especially below 1mm. The .0mm and .2mm electrodes are too thin when welding. It will rock back and forth. For customers with rich welding experience, if they want to weld thin plates about 0.5mm, they can choose .4mm electrode. Please check the current range of the electrode current before , so as not to cause unnecessary trouble to both parties.
- The electrode should be baked at 300-350℃ for hour before welding.
- Try to use DC power supply, the current should not be too large.
