Don't purchase other listings claiming to be for the 3.5/3.9, THERE IS ONLY ONE ROD THAT FITS THE 3.9 AND IT FITS NOTHING ELSE.

Many people list 3.5/3.9 as the same b/c the block says 3.5/3.9 on it, and this has spread over to the part# interchange.  The displacement depends on which rotating assembly you have, and the 3.5's use a different rod length.  The wrong information has been republished everywhere, so listen to what you will, but these rods are guaranteed to be identical to your original 3.9.  This information comes from physically pulling rod/piston combos out of numerous motors in the late 2000's to settle this confusion and the parts sales since then to back up it's accuracy.
